communication isnt easy

communication works for those who work at it. if simple communication is not communicated, what more on the field :( though i appreciate all the other work, emails, sms, encouragement, theories, mistakes pointed out but imagine if all of us from different parts of singapore travel all the way there to realise that trg is cancelled? i feeling is uncomfortable when people cluster tgt and whisper & only stick among their own clique. when we feel that someone has done sth wrong on the field, tell them directly that is when they will learn. i see no point in speaking behind their back cause the person that made a mitake will not change & they will still keep repeating itelf. its not the first time. |
