.jpg) 14th july 2008 the velvet covered brick thanks for the facilating cherie loh, planning our meet up julia lim and everyone's flexibility & time! :D good leaders posses both strength & sensitivity. they are tough & tender. They are soft on the outside(relational) but firm as a brick on the inside (principle-centered).
